Class Detail
Explore the turbulent history of rum and its journey to becoming one of the most popular spirits in the world, all while creating your own unique blend. You’ll sample a variety of different pot and column distilled rums from the Caribbean and South America, before taking on the role of master blender to bring together your preferred rum flavour characteristics and can even choose to make it spiced!
Over the course of the session you’ll also make your own cocktail and have plenty of opportunity to field any questions you might have about the world of rum. At the end of the class, we’ll keep a record of your blend so your rum can be re-ordered in the future.
