Class Detail
In this interactive experience, you’ll select from 24 different botanicals to create your own gin recipe while discovering the fascinating history of juniper-flavoured spirits. You’ll be responsible for weighing out your chosen ingredients and distilling them with neutral grain spirit. Gin distilling experiences last approximately 2.5 hours, during which time our expert hosts will guide you through the distillation process.
You’ll get to try six different botanical distillates to understand how flavours work together, make your own cocktail, and have the chance to ask any burning questions you have about gin. At the end of the class, we’ll keep a record of your recipe so your unique gin can be re-ordered in the future.

Class Detail
If you want to share the gin-making experience with someone, you can take advantage of a special price. Sharing a still with a friend or partner, you’ll both be guided through the distillation process by one of our experts, create your unique recipe together with our range of botanicals, and leave with a bottle of your creation to share.
Should you want to take home more than one bottle, you can choose to buy another on the day or in the future, as we’ll keep a record of your unique recipe.
