The Distillery School
Hidden within The Whisky Exchange London Bridge is an interactive, educational space equipped with 16 micro pot stills and a 50-litre central still. At the Distillery School, you can learn the science of distilling and create your very own gin, or discover the delicate art of blending in one of our whisky or rum experiences. Whichever you choose, our expert team will guide you through the process while you get hands-on with the raw materials, either on your own or sharing a still with a friend or partner in one of our two-person experiences. The space is also available for group bookings and private sessions, with a capacity of 18 seated guests.
Bespoke Gin
Whether you’re looking for a corporate gift, a unique wedding favour, or just want to stock up on your own signature gin, the Distillery School will help you make something truly special. Groups of up to 16 people can work together to create a recipe to be produced on our larger still. The session concludes with a group tasting for attendees to whittle down their favourite recipe. These experiences last around two and a half hours and, as with other classes, each guest will leave with a 50cl bottle of their creation.
Group Booking
The Distillery School is also available for private bookings, whether you are looking to book an experience for a larger group or have something more specific in mind already. With a capacity of up to 18 people, the Distillery School is also the perfect venue for intimate tastings, brand presentations, private hire, team building exercises and bespoke events.
